About Dr. Wall:
Dr. Shelby seeks to provide the best care for her patients. She believes finding the source of the problem and addressing each aspect through soft tissue therapy, Chiropractic Manipulation, Theraputic Exercises, and Nutrition. Dr. Shelby’s passion is to help her patients live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives doing the things they love.
Starting at 3 weeks old, Dr. Shelby has always benefited from chiropractic care. As a baby with feeding issues, her parents sought help from their chiropractor when told by the pediatrician she was “fine”. After one adjustment, she finished two bottles without issue. Growing up an active and athletic kid in gymnastics, volleyball, soccer, softball, etc. Dr. Shelby saw the chiropractor regularly to maintain optimal spine and neurological health as well as pain management.
Dr. Shelby attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa from 2016-2019. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with several accolades from professors and instructors on her attention to her patients and their care. She has learned several adjusting techniques including Activator, Webster, and Palmer Package. She is certified in techniques such as Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT), Flexion-Distraction, and Fascial Distortion Model (FDM). Dr. Shelby knows no two people are the same, nor should they be treated as such.
After graduation, Dr. Shelby worked at a soft-tissue therapy and rehab focused practiced in Oak Brook. Looking to incorporate more chiropractic care and nutrition into her treatment, she landed at Evolve in Woodstock. Dr. Shelby still continues her education working towards her certification in pregnancy and pediatrics as well as Sports Nutrition and Medicine.
In her spare time, Dr. Shelby enjoys spending time with her husband Thomas and their dog, Patch. She enjoys being outside exploring new trails, biking, and running as well as listening to true crime podcasts and all types of music. Dr. Shelby is always on the hunt for new restaurants to try, TV shows and movies to watch, and books to read.
