Growing up, she competed internationally in gymnastics and ran track on a college scholarship.
Dr. Deignan has four daughters, all born at home. As a mother, she is passionate about sharing a chiropractic lifestyle with other families in our community. As a member of the ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association), she is trained in pediatric and pregnancy care including webster technique. Dr. Steffan Miller is a chiropractor at Evolve Chiropractic of Barrington and a 2020 graduate of National University of Health Sciences. Dr. Steffan spent his undergraduate career at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, the study of human movement.
Dr. Steffan has truly found his passion for not only getting his patients out of pain, but educating them and giving them the tools to prevent their pain from coming back in the future.

Dr. Steffan Miller is a chiropractor at Evolve Chiropractic of Barrington and a 2020 graduate of National University of Health Sciences. Dr. Steffan spent his undergraduate career at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, the study of human movement.
Throughout his time at UIUC and NUHS, he learned the ins and outs of how the human body functions from a cellular level to a biomechanical one. It was early on in his undergraduate studies that he found a deep passion to help people that deal with acute and chronic pain. It wasn’t until he hurt his own back almost 10 years ago, that he truly realized and appreciated the power that chiropractic care and physical rehabilitation can have on the body and mind.
During chiropractic school at NUHS, Dr. Steffan became President of the NUHS Motion Palpation Institute club, helping fellow colleagues build and refine their treatment skills as well as bedside manner. It was during those 4 years that he discovered he didn’t want to become just any chiropractor, but one that takes the time to listen to and understand what his patients were going through mentally and physically. By attending many post-graduate seminars relating to physical rehabilitation and nutrition, Dr. Steffan has truly found his passion for not only getting his patients out of pain, but educating them and giving them the tools to prevent their pain from coming back in the future.
In his free time, Dr. Steffan enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, including his fiancee, Madison and his dog, Leo. When he isn’t at work or with friends and family, Dr. Steffan spends a lot of time playing golf and watching his favorite Chicago sports teams.
