Dr. Vinny Guzaldo, D.C.

Dr. Vinny Guzaldo was born in Park Ridge, Illinois, a Northwest Suburb of Chicago.  Dr. Vinny attended Maine South High School Class of 2014, thereafter, he received his B.S in Athletic Training at Illinois State University, Class of 2018.  His doctoral degree as a Chiropractic Physician was received from Logan University College of Chiropractic.

Dr. Vinny experimented with many sports in his youth but would ultimately end up lettering for the Varsity baseball team his sophomore, junior and senior year of high school and club hockey.  Dr. Vinny played on the Varsity hockey team for Maine South his freshman year, then proceeded to play AA for the Northwest Chargers located out of Rolling Meadows, Illinois.  While with the Chargers, he would end up winning a state championship and place 3rd at nationals.  After high school, Dr. Vinny continued his hockey career after making the Division I Club Hockey for Illinois State University his freshman year.

At Logan University College of Chiropractic, located in Chesterfield, Missouri.  During his time at Logan University, he earned multiple certifications including Active Release Technique (ART), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), and Acupuncture.  His focus during school included the areas of anatomy, physiology, physiotherapy, sports medicine rehabilitation and biomechanics.  While anatomy had become an obsession for Dr. Vinny, he then donated his time as an anatomy and neuroanatomy tutor for 2 years.  Whether it is helping his patients to become able in performing simple everyday activities or if it is providing preventative care for all different kinds of athletes at various levels, at the end of the day the only thing that matters to him is if he made a difference in someone else’s life.

 Dr. Vinny strives to learn something new each day that will make him a better chiropractor than he was the day before.  His primary goal, is to encourage and educate his patients on the incredible benefits chiropractic care has to offer.  Anyone can say “I want to get out of pain”, but are you willing to take those steps and be patient through the process?  Remember, if there is a will, there is always a way, and you do not have to do it alone because that is what drives Dr. Vinny.  Being able to be that person who will guide you the entire time until that way is found and it can be found so start taking your first steps today! 

Currently, Dr. Vinny resides in his hometown of Park Ridge, Illinois where his hobbies consist of cardiovascular endurance activities, weight lifting, golf, men’s hockey league, being with his family and friends, and hanging around the local restaurants in Uptown Park Ridge.
